Refund Policy

Return period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• The item must not be a personalized product.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.

Non-refundable items

• Products damaged by the user
• Products that have been used or unpacked without care
• Sale or clearance products, unless defective

Return procedure

1. Contact us at info@jennedesign.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error, a defective product or an incorrect item.

Refunds

• Once the product has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation by email.
• If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

• Take a photo of the damage as soon as you receive the item.
• Email us the supporting evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
