We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the error is ours.

Personalized or damaged products are non-refundable.
