At JenneDesign Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can request a return or refund under certain conditions.

📅 Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return request.

✅ Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • The item must not be a personalized product.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

🚫 Non-refundable items

  • Products damaged by the user

  • Products used or unpacked without care

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless they are defective)

🔄 Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at info@jennedesign.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

  3. You must return the item at your own expense, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).

💰 Refunds

  • Once the product has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

📦 Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Take a photo of the damage upon receipt.

  • Send us proof by email within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
