At JenneDesign Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can request a return or refund under certain conditions.
📅 Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return request.
✅ Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
The item must not be a personalized product.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
🚫 Non-refundable items
Products damaged by the user
Products used or unpacked without care
Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless they are defective)
🔄 Return Procedure
Contact us at info@jennedesign.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
You must return the item at your own expense, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
💰 Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
📦 Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Take a photo of the damage upon receipt.
Send us proof by email within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
