📦 Delivery Zones

We currently deliver:

  • Across Canada

  • In the United States

  • In Europe (on request – contact us for specific delivery times and costs)

⏱ Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Estimated delivery times

  • Canada: 2 to 7 business days

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and peak periods (holidays, promotions, etc.).

💲 Delivery fees

  • Free shipping in Canada for all orders of $150 CAD or more.

  • For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or express deliveries.

We collaborate with trusted carriers, including:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • FedEx

  • UPS (for international shipments)

❗ Delivery delays or problems

🚫 Incorrect or undeliverable address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address.
In case of return due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
